Screen and scraper requirements

Dilute the silica gel appropriately, and use a screen with a size of 350 mesh or more;

Suitable for both water-based and oil-based scrapers

1. Use this silica gel to cover the surface, with fast leveling speed, no bubbles, bright and soft surface;

3. The silica gel is mixed in any proportion;

4. Silicone weather resistance, low temperature can withstand -50 ℃, high temperature can withstand 280 ℃;

How to add additives

According to the temperature of the operating area, baking temperature and time, choose to add 2-6% RG-B80. If you need to avoid baking, you can choose natural dry silica gel.

How to cure

1. Free baking can choose natural dry type silica gel, add 5% curing agent, it can be natural surface drying;

2. Baking temperature 100-120℃, add 2-6% curing agent;

3. The silica gel will be fully cured within 48 hours after the operation is completed, and the fastness will be the best;
